It is rather risky, personally, I did not buy the top 100 altcoins, but most likely it is a justifiable risk because little-known altcoins can quickly become top 
I understood correctly ... They will make it to the moon. What Coin can make such a flight? I am only sure of the EthereumLook at some promising:
Tomo (Tomochain) - new generation blockchain with sharding (competitor of Zilliqa but much less cap and maiinet in end of this year). CEO - co-founder of NEM.
PAL (PalNetwork) - insurance project. Have big partnerships (AXA company, NEM, QTUM, ERGO). Was at PayPal incubator program. CEO in top 30 Forbs in Asia. Maiinet launch in the end of this year.
