There is no premine and I don't see any info about dev fee.
self funded through my personal funds. I have a solid amount of disposable income set aside for this.

A year from now, will you still be interested in working on this project? And if so, why?
I am in school currently, so work on this project will be continuous over a few years. I receive payment for my schoolwork from the government and I also work a night job to pay for development. This allows me to operate on my own schedule without having to worry about pressure from investors. That's why there is no ico pr dev fee. Once the smart contract loan protocol is complete, it will extract a fee to support the system, but the traditional blockchain for initial coin distribution will always be 100% fair launch and self funded.
