It looks a lot like CSOB case . Unofficially, they published some spectacular news,then trying to deny them when took backfire.

When Monaco started begging for money in their ICO they never had a contract or deal in place either. No matter how much I dislike their CEO and their team for taking $26 million in the ICO and taking 18 months to launch last week in Singapore I have to say Minexsystem are even more pathetic because they never had any deals with any bank.
In the mean time another look at temhuk trying sell us all a lie is the best reminder about this Minexsystem/Minexcoin/Minexpay scam
