Apparently, the Escodex exchange didn't update their wallet, so my deposit never arrived there. Now, the deposits / withdrawals are disabled. Is there any estimation, when will they be enabled again?
Just wondering, do you need to do something on your part or is this entirely dependent on the exchange?
Did you check that the wallet was online before sending the coins to Escodex? I'm not familiar with this exchange but almost all exchanges put their wallets into maintenance when there is a wallet update. Have you tried sending the exchange a support ticket about your issue?
