I assume none legit exchange wants to do anything with scam garbage. They will probably allow the swap so that the owners can withdraw it to their etherwallet. Would you list the token of a highly likely scamproject on your exchange? I wouldn't.
If you think like this that you probably not long in crypto space. All exchanges working for the trading fees, they don't care what token or coin to list. As long as there is demand from people they are going to list any scam. If something shady will happen they just delist it. This happens with all the exchanges because they don't have a preventive measures like code audits or anything like that.
