What are the four crypto currencies that I should buy and keep untouched for at least five years?
I think that in the near future, cryptocurrencies are unlikely to be approved as means of payment, so I would immediately exclude those coins that position themselves as future monetary units and anonymous coins (XMR, BCH, LTC, DASH etc), I would choose bitcoin and promising blockchain platforms.
