[AssetFun Core] Migrated the web wallet server and faucet of public test net.
[AssetFun Core] Added extra function to monitor the liveness of command line wallet to daemon server.

[AssetFun Core] Requirement investigation of AssetFun dapp.
[AssetFun Core] Improving the content of alarm message: to show the witness account and deploy server ip.
