Have you looked NYC USD?? It looks like one bot made almost all buy orders then turn around and setup sell order in the same increments. Its been going on for 3 days on there. And of course people want to buy a coin cheap especially when its not worth much to start with. What since does it make to over pay for something that is cheap to start with??
