There was an issue with stratum pools due to some code changes we made before launch, these have been rectified on testnet if anyone wants to now test (and build the hardfork code from github):

We are still waiting for poloniex to allow the withdrawal.
All HUC Snapshot coins have been sent from our end so those that did not have the coins in poloniex can claim them now.
