I want to invest into this company, but all i see is complete vaporware.


No proof tapeout exists or occurred
no proof of ownership of this new IP
no proof of ANYTHING


How can I invest into this thing when the press release is 3 sentences, that's backed up by nothing but hot air?

kslaughter would have a lot more people on his side, a lot less complaining, and certainly a lot less wild accusations thrown around if he'd spend a little more time showing proof that whatever he says, is actually real and happening.

then i'd invest. until then i cannot believe anyone would be a part of this venture.
