but, the best way to know about a good ICO project is by do your own research my friend

I can't even trust them all because they have been getting paid to list the ico. Icodrop is the only one that can be considered as a reliable source right now. DYOR is the best choice considering OP must take care with his money. There are dozens of ico list site but there are only some of them worth to be watched.
