* CPU mining
* Qubit block generation: 30 seconds
* Firsts 1000 blocks - block reward will be 1 Q2C
* 2048 Q2C per block (halving every 60480 blocks)
* Total of 248 million Q2C.
* Difficulty retargets every 20 blocks
