I think the news does not affect the market a lot. Because price moves between buying and selling or supply and demand with each other, not because of any news.
Yes, NEWS is not affecting the price of token but when they got listed in higher volumed exchange then definitely the price will start increasing. We have to trade according to the market fluctuation, the news is important to get updates about their progress which will help the coin to increase their when the market trend start increasing.
