To my knowledge, all exchanges which are still using the old wallet have finally responded to $PAC team support requests and have put their $PAC wallets in the maintenance mode.
Since none of the exchanges provided a date / time when their $PAC wallet is going to be online again, before sending $PAC to your favorite exchange, at least check if the $PAC wallet of the exchange is online (one should do that for every coin every time).
