Actually, I don't know would CMC list KGT token (even when it appear on two dex exchanges) without Kamagames permission.

KGT tokens will be automatically listed in Coinmarketcap if they already have a large volume and have Coinmarketcap criteria. but sorry I don't know the criteria for entering CMC.
and I'm sure the KGT token will have a better exchange than some of the exchanges mentioned earlier

Nothing will happen with the team. Read WP. zero KGT is allocated to the team or founders. KGT will be used by Kamagames as a means of exchange into chips (in-game currency)

Sorry to cut this convo, but as per Kamagames team they will not nor plan to listing in any exchange. They enter blockckain to be more known in any type of market.

Yes, exactly! KGT is a marketing tool allowing Kamagames to increase its user base by giving extremely profitable conversion rates (KGT to chips). KGT is not a speculative asset as many people here think.
