A portion of the coin emission for Veil will go to budget which is going to be used to fund project-related costs. All pre-launch costs are currently being funded by the founder, 4x13.
This and founder's reward makes me worry about securities laws. Looks like a good project regardless.
How about setup? Trustless or trusted?
4x13 has a lawyer involved on these decisions to avoid such complications.
RSA at first, trustless is already being worked on, but is a future implementation.
