I had some contact with the btcpop admin, locking my account several times, and he sounds very "professional", in the way that he seems overconfident that failure is on users side. But this "expert" cannot differ between forks?

I have in cryptopia 5000 Hbn, My wallet sync. very slow. Can I send it to you for now,? I might get the wallet fully sync. latter ...

You don't have to wait for wallet to sync to receive the coins.
Just send them to your wallet address and you will see them there when fully synced.
If you do this, you can check on the block explorer https://chainz.cryptoid.info/hbn/ if Cryptopia has sent the coins to your address. So you can be sure that the coins have arrived without the wallet being full synced.
