I think that by this time the world would realize that the fiat system for Payments is broken and the world needs a new way for transacting and then they would consider bitcoin as a way of transacting for daily needs and also by then the lightning network will be stable enough and also will be tried and tested method so there wouldn't be the high transaction fees and the long waiting times for your transactions to get confirmed,but this is still pretty unreliable thinking and anything can happen for sure.
