I recommend that exchanges have a Windows server with a RTX 2080/70 to run raycoind, otherwise you would be "flying blind" not being able to verify block hashes yourself and could only connect to officially trusted servers which have the necessary hardware. For hash verification the cheaper 2070 will likely be the better option as the speed should be identical, but that remains to be tested.
That will make this coin quite hard to get listed on an exchange id say. I doubt anyone is running a windows server with a 2070+ in it. But that also makes it even more interesting!
