Actually, I don't know would CMC list KGT token (even when it appear on two dex exchanges) without Kamagames permission.

KGT tokens will be automatically listed in Coinmarketcap if they already have a large volume and have Coinmarketcap criteria. but sorry I don't know the criteria for entering CMC.

To be listed on CMC, KGT must be traded on at least two exchanges. These two exchanges must be already listed on CMC.

Are you sure? As far as I know, they had changed its policy regarding trade volume a couple of months ago. So KGT has all chances to be listed on CMC if KGT holders could list KGT on any two exchanges (even dex would be ok)
