I wanted to make sure we could give you the right answer and just talked with Marsmensch (mxnsch), and he said more details about mining coming next week. He is now waiting on green light from Presstab to begin testing and he will be writing the mining guides.
About bounty being open for ~18.5 years or whole emission period, our current intent is to dedicate part of the budget for it over time. Although we call it the "Bounty Program", it may be renamed to Community Rewards Budget or something more suitable when the budget amount decreases and the needs of Veil changes. There is no intent to use the Founder's Reward to finance the bounty campaign. Instead, there would be continual emission for this budget.
