I didn't listen to the audio, but if you read their article dated today you'll see that they had trouble buying bitcoin, eventually getting $40 worth by visiting Bruce and paying cash. They then ate lunch at Meze's Grill and succeeded in paying for it from their mybitcoin account. Later, they lost their change when mybitcoin did its thing. I can understand them not being too enamoured with bitcoin yet.
