I don't think the market has recovered to fully.The prises are stable now but that doesn't mean it is recovered.It will take few months for crypto to fully recover from first half of this year.
This day you can't see that market have some recovered simply because most of token are still in red. However, there some coins start to become green now and I think it will start of recovering and I hope so. Once the market will become fully recover we can the bull run that we waiting.
