I think this will not happen. Altcoins will never be a competitor for bitcoin. Because bitcoin is the king of all coins, which has already gained fame and trust in the crypto world. And due to this fame and faith, Bitcoin will remain till the end. On the other hand, most of the altcoins are losing their trust due to scams.
I agree. If any altcoin could beat BTC, it would have already done it by now. It's a shame that altcoins are scamming people, but the market clears off them and soon only good coins will remain.
