I hope when you consider that there's no premine or ICO, a cap on what surplus can be stored (you'll have to hold for more details on that however), and that a good amount will be paid out to bounties, you'll find it reasonable. The last thing we want is to be without the funding necessary to be the best project we can—I'm sure you're aware of some happenings lately along these lines.
