You have some reliable source, I was looking in google and I get old articles with many speculations, if really China releases the cryptos in the country, that would mean that the bull run of December can still happen, I want to believe that but several years in this medium have made me a little skeptical.
We do not know yet the exact informations all we have it right now is only prediction and spectaculations. The most important thing as of these moment is we trust bitcoin as always. If China really lifts the ban on cryptocurrency, well that is their decision.
