Too early to conclude before because until now the whole market is clearly depending on Bitcoin market performance in which Bitcoin is until now didn't show a clearly sign of a healthy market so the Altcoins too. Hopefully if the SEC will approve ETF products then probably it will trigger the bullish market as people will might be very optimistic to invest in Crypto currency again.
