which OS are you using for this setup ? i don`t think D945 mobo supports win7 &
I read somewhere that there are problems with making a 32-bit WinXP work with 280x, mainly due to the correct version of drivers and OpenCL runtime not being available for cgminer setup

For your kind attention I'm using windows 7 64 bit, also I bought a r9 280x with cooler master 600w PSU for 32k and It also works perfectly with my current config
