Token sale consits of several stages. At the first stage the minimum amont was 10,000 USD. This stage finised.
Now is second stage and the minumum amont is 1000$.

It is a good standard practice to lower the minimum investment threshold with each level. I think closer to completion, even novice investors with minimal investments will be able to participate.

That would be great. Not all people interested in cryptocurrency can afford to invest $ 1000
