I think that the best way to earn ETH is to join some bounty campaigns. There are lots of campaigns out there. You might as well join in some that pays in ETH. However, most of it, you will not earn ETH directly. You can sell your earnings to ETH.

I don't suggest in faucets. Since it wilk take a very long time just to earn 1 ETH.
