You should activate, receive msg from "newbies" in your msgs settings, so they can PM/get in touch with you.
By doing so, you will get spam from inexperienced people claiming to have years of experience.
It's very boring of you to think every newbie on the forum is actually inexperience. Did you say that to get a merit? There are a lot of you guys out there who denigrate other forum members for just to get recognized!
