What? his offer is actually pretty close to the prices on the site you linked.  I think you might be confused. for example. there is one order on the books:
Price    Quantity Total
0.00067   500   0.335

but the most of the users do not wanna sell it for 0.00067 Cheesy

that is what im saying. this is actually not an easy coin to mine. especially when it hits more exchanges he will double if not triple his purchase....
