If you want to get work in this forum, I suggest actively participating in the community.  Where have you been posting for the last ten years?  Why can't you get work there?

There are too many people popping up from nowhere claiming to be experts but providing no proof at all.  

Stupid posts like "upppp" make me believe you are some teenager who has never had a real job.  :/
