It was the foolishness of previous CM.
The CEO was attacked by Pneumonia, so he was unable to run the project for a while and now he made new team and started the project as round 2 and the ICO is live now!
Sorry, friend for that and it's very sad to hear that, hopefully your Community Manager will quickly recover from this lung disease.
And I hope this project is not SCAm and can be successful in the future.
