I have used them only once and I do not claim to be expert on cryptopia at all because I am not but honestly considering all other exchanges in the market I think they are fine. They are not great or maybe not even good but they are fine.

I do not think they are scammers (never can be too sure about this) but they are definitely not great at what they do. They do not have much incentives to use their websites so people that are using exchanges like binance or bittrex do not really look at cryptopia and say maybe I should switch. I for example used poloniex for years and barely started to move to bittrex when binance came out and moved to binance quickly.

Cryptopia do not have that extra features or marketing to make you feel like doing that switch to them.
