Wrong, just wrong. They are called private keys for a reason 
- They might as well ask their users for the keys to their houses and permission to rob them whenever it pleases them. It could be they are looking for other ways to earn money seeing that running bounties isn't what it used to be. All speculation on my part off-course, but this is very shady.

This is not true. You are mistaken, having ones private keys does not reduce gas/fees.

I think we have morons running bountyhunters they think it is safe asking for private keys no amount of explanation is needed they think we are stupid.
