Yes this year definetly a bad year for icos. In 2018 q1 and q2 was great times for icos and q3 and q4 is the worst time for icos. That is very interesting. We can see from here time can chance everything 180 degree. That is sad to see this kind of situation but unfortunately now i can see icos are dead already . Investors and also icos need to next bullrun .
