In fact, OP should not allowed newbies here since they are the one who actually trying to enroll with lots of alt. In addition, it would save a lot of works for OP since s/he has to check everyone manually for ensuring at least that they are not alt. Therefore, restriction on newbies would really be great idea for having an atleast 80% unbiased output. I strrongly believe that some high ranked members are also enrolling here but the portion will not be huge.
I can't found were newbie's not eligible for get rewards by survey, could you share here which part post or thread.
I can understand cheat possible those fckng account newbie with post '"1", Even 'Member++' account, though.
