In accordance with its name Amsterdex is this really established in the Netherlands?
Because there are many Exchange companies on behalf of their name from country A but their headquarters is in country B.

@BanzaiBTC - good to see everything moving forward again. Do we have a deadline to swap or can I do it in a week or so? I am re-configuring some machines and can use a bit of time.
I would prefer if if the swap itself could finish at the same time as the ICO. But that still gives you about 2 weeks time.
