I think it was due to stress brings of trading to all traders, all real traders are focus on this method almost 24hours they monitor the value of crypto and this method treated as their regular job. Even me i am not real trader i feel the stress when the value of coins i have are slowly decreasing also im scared to loss all of my capital.
I think, most of the jobs that are connected with the money, brings stress. You need to cope with it. Some guys take pills but I do not recommend it. It is easier to calm down yourself, taking everything as it is.
