Every Lender using DEPO Platform will decide the terms of his contract with the Borrower. This means that for example one Lender could want a higher percentage of collateral / loan ratio (2:1) while other may request a ratio of (1.5:1). All other specifics will be also set separately with every loan. This is just a pure proof of the freedom everybody has in this Ecosystem which gives both Borrowers and Lenders the possibility to exist and benefit to a maximum level.
