They should aim to have locations within all major countries across the world, this ensures that they have worldwide coverage and they can get as many people as possible involved in this adventure.
I assume the main focus will be on diamond scaling, realistically they are going to be able to make the most revenue profit with it. I dont know how it would happen, but I believe that team will do something useful for project development.
