Not really just investor, although the idea of getting a certain amount of returns makes it look like that they're the target market. Everyone has access into it and it has various purposes, not just entirely focused on earning, but also to get its purpose of being a digital money. It isn't just all about the question on what it can give but consider it also on what it can do in our world.
