centralised trading plattforms are against the trend, the trend moves towards dex exchanged like waves dex etc.

Yes, centralized trading platforms is against the trend but gaining popularity and trust on a short period of time will really be on centralized ones rather than on DEX.It is really fully contrary on general sense
but people do love on how centralized exchangers are performing when it comes to the convenience of Crypto-Fiat transactions.

Expect for these things and most of those newbies posting up their interest are mostly scammers for sure- no doubt.

When someone enters to a portal...for some obvious reasons...he will be a newbie..... and once you were also a newbie in this portal..when you logged in the portal for first time..

Yes, I know many newbie's are scammers because they don't know anything about blockchain but it's my suggestion... don't ever demotivate any newbie...because if someone is experience but on the portal he is new then he will be like a newbie for all and he would not able to provide full support.

Instead I will say...before hiring anyone...just check the background and the knowledge of that person, so that you should be going with best for you.
You do actually have the point and i agree we do really start up on being a newbie but you cant really stop or blame people to think up that way.
Im not generalizing but most of newbies are really like that but still there are some of them are legitimate ones which do really have the skills that they do offer.
Competition would really be hard though since there are more reputable ones and its normal for employer to seek out for the best.
