This 'ultimate oracle' has nothing to do with deciding the correct outcome and may eventually facilitate an Ethereum hard fork. My impression is that this clumsy procedure is the exact type of thing one may want to come up with if his actual purpose is to ridicule the idea of decentralisation or to suppress/subvert the development of prediction markets. I am not tech savvy though, may be the overcomplexity is the new fashion.
