there is no announcement yet. I am waiting for my tokens on kucoin too. Maybe this week it will happen
I always see updates on Oyster Twitter if you don't want to miss it, but for Oyster itself that hasn't updated since November 1, I'm not sure OPQ will be shared on Kucoin
