Naa, it's hard and this for me is usually a trap, no one knows how far this dip will go and there are still speculations that it can go down further. Be careful of falling into the trap of buying now thinking it's the bottom and then it dips even further. I'm definitely not buying yet
The best time to buy is when other are fearful and time to sell when others are greedy. So this is the basic principle which all the billionaires do follow and even in stock market they buy on the dips and keep on accumulating it whenever market falls. Because general tendency is that when market rise people will buy and then it might fall and you would end up in losses.
