what the hell man how you knows that 2018 is the worst year of crypto industry . If you buy btc on 2018 jan  and if you hold it than u are in a hell . i lost my portfolio  value about 80% only reason is i am going to hold. bull shit hold is the main reason for capital loss. i dont think  market again back i also hope for the best but try to think technically not emotionally.
