Honestly phishing and hacking are a different type of issue, you giving some guy your credit card because he said he was from bank of america from a gmail.com email address is phishing, cova's smart contracts won't help really with that, what it will help is that if that same guy tries to request data from you, you can say hey that data's only availabile to someone for X amount of time and he can't share it with anyone digitally
