I really like Twitter for that. Follow the right people and you get everything fast!

I agree, I use Twitter a lot.

A list with quite some useful Altcoin Traders that you could follow, who post charts, but also news articles, discussions and more:

Eventually articles on Coindesk/Cointelegraph etc also get linked, but I think Twitter is good for weeding out the crap from the actual useful stuff.

I also am subscribed to the daily Unbankd newsletter, they always have 3 in depth views on news events that have happened over the past 24hours, combined with a few URL's to some other less news worthy happenings of the day. I find this easy to get a quick overview of the most important events of the day.

I also receive the daily www.cryptocompare.com newsletter, which gives a view on the BTC and ETH price action, combined with 3 news articles and other crypto price statistics over the last 24 hours. You can opt in to receive their newsletter after making an account on their site.
